  Worst place to go. They have the worst woman manager. My boyfriend went and got me a promise ring about a month ago. They had to resize the ring from 6 to a 5. It took them almost 3 weeks to get the ring back. The worst part about is they charge him for resize and they didn't get the job done. My ring back the same size it was before. The manager was sitting in a chair chit-chatting with other workers and didn't faced or fix the problem. IT WAS JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
