  Never as good as the frst time!..
  I returned with my shampoo in tow after learning they add a little SOAP to the shampoo bottles and fill it up with water. Soap not doggie shampoo so that could mean soap from the dispenser in the bathroom? They didn''t clean up as thoroughly as before and it wasn'tt very busy at the wash stations. They were low on clean towels and seemed like no one was monitoring inventory. They don't assist you if your dog potty they just watch like in amazement. You have to ASK for paper towel and spray to clean up..you would think it would be readily available. ADVICE: BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AND BRUSH. Be ready to get wet..Aprons smell a bit sour.
  
  Staffers appeared to be on the tired side since nothing was replenished..snacks..towels..shampoo bottles empty other pet parents asking for more shampoo. Step up you guys!
